Sundhage Names Four Nations Squad

US Women's National Team coach Pia Sundhage has selected the 20 players who will make the trip to China for the Four Nations Tournament.

▪ Nowak Names 24 for U-23 Camp
 

The group, headlined by 2007 Women's Athlete of the Year Abby Wambach, was selected after a week of training camp at the Home Depot Center in Carson, California.

The squad will fly to the Far East on Tuesday to finish preparations for the round robin tourney, which begins on January 16th.

Four players - Tina DiMartino, Tobin Heath, Ali Krieger and Becky Sauerbrunn - will make the trip in search of their first international caps.

The USWNT will Canada, Finland and the host nation in Foshan, China.
