The Poles, who will be in preparation for their assault on Euro 2008 in June, are familiar foes for the States, but new opponents for Bob Bradley.

Under Bruce Arena, Clint Dempsey's goal in Kaiserslautern sank Poland 1-0 in a World Cup warm-up clash in March 2006, while DaMarcus Beasley bagged the only score of the game in Plock in March 2004.

Carlos Bocanegra was on target when the States tied Poland 1-1 in Chicago in June of that year, while Landon Donovan scored a consolation in the US' 3-1 reverse to the Poles in Daejeon at World Cup 2002.

Bradley is 12-5-1 since taking over the reins of the National Team. So far, against European opposition, he is 2-1; a 3-1 home win against Denmark, a 1-0 away win over Switzerland and a 1-0 loss to Sweden in Göteborg last August.

The US remains 6-7-2 against Poland since first winning 3-2 in Warsaw in 1924. Their biggest victory was a 3-1 win in Hershey, Pennsylvania in 1990 and their heaviest defeat a 7-0 thrashing in Poznan in 1975.

Poland, coached by Dutch veteran Leo Beenhakker, are 23rd in FIFA's World Rankings, three below the USA. The Poles play Austria, Croatia and Germany in this summer's European Championship group stage, and along with Ukraine, will be joint hosts for Euro 2012.
