The Euro-heavy roster headed to Chicago includes 13 players from the victorious Gold Cup squad put together earlier this summer, and also features two players vying for their first cap with the senior team.

On the other side of the field, Brazil head coach Dunga has brought a full strength squad to the table for the friendly, including international superstars Ronaldinho, Robinho and Kaká. Ranked #1 in the world by FIFA, Brazil was recently crowned champions of CONMEBOL after downing Argentina 3-0 in the Copa America final.

Receiving his first run-through with the senior team is goalkeeper Chris Seitz. Though he's stuck behind Nick Rimando on the depth chart at Real Salt Lake, the fourth overall pick of the 2007 MLS SuperDraft recently stood out during the 2007 Under-20 World Cup in Canada, guiding the US team to the quarterfinals with a GAA of 1.25. Everton's Tim Howard is also on the roster, and will likely start between the pipes.

An European-based defense has been assembled, with veterans Carlos Bocanegra, Oguchi Onyewu and Steve Cherundolo (115 combined caps) selected to offset the lack of experience in players such as Frank Simek, Jay DeMerit, Heath Pearce and Jonathan Spector (28 combined caps).

The midfield will be anchored by the ever-present duo of Michael Bradley and Benny Feilhaber. Fulham hero Clint Dempsey and Reading's Bobby Convey have also been selected to the roster, as well as DaMarcus Beasley and Colorado enforcer Pablo Mastroeni.

Davy Arnaud gets his first call into a US camp after amassing four goals and six assists for the Kansas City Wizards in 23 games this season. Arnaud will line up alongside Eddie Johnson, Landon Donovan and Josh Wolff at forward, with Wolff making his first appearance since the 2006 World Cup.

UPDATE: Kansas City midfielder Kerry Zavagnin has been named to replace ill Colorado counterpart Pablo Mastroeni.
