Rapids Lure El Tri Striker Osorno

▪ LA Survives SuperLiga Thriller

The Colorado Rapids have acquired Mexico forward Daniel Osorno, formerly of Atlas.

The 28-year old striker will fill the Senior International spot left vacant by the release of Panama international Roberto Brown.

Osorno has scored 61 times in 10 seasons playing for Atlas and Monterey of the Mexican league.

He has also scored 12 goals for the Mexican National Team in 56 appearances, including 2003 Gold Cup final winner against Brazil.

Osorno could make his debut for the Rapids as soon as Saturday against FC Dallas.
