TANGOSHIRTS BACK IN WIN COLUMN
Despite missing netminder Adin Brown, Aalesund FK returned to winning ways by defeating Nat Borchers and Odd Grenland 2-1 at the Color Line on Sunday night.

Tor Hogne Aarøy spurned a couple of early chances, but was instrumental in setting up Diego Silva for the 38th minute opener. The forward sent in a shot that Borchers failed to handle off the post, and his teammate obliged with the finish.

Silva added on a minute out of intermission, capitalizing on an Aarøy pass.

The Tangoshirts had several chances to stretch the lead, but Odd sub Chukwuma Akabueze would close the scoring with an 80th minute chip over AaFK stand-in keeper Andreas Lie.

FFK SPLIT FOUR AT VIKING
Fredrikstad dropped a lead, then rallied for a 2-2 share at Viking Stavanger on Sunday night.

American attacker Brian West worked the final 26 minutes, picking up a late yellow card for his troubles.

Ardian Gashi turned home a 13th minute Gardar Johannsson feed to break the ice, but Viking ace Peter Ijeh tied the score 15
minutes later.

FFK keeper Rami Shabaan made a pair of big stops before the break, but could do little to stop a Nicolai Stokholm spot kick 12
minutes after.

Raymond Kvisik would knot the match for good two minutes later by ringing the bell after his restart had been cleared back to him.

The visitors had two golden oppourtunities to retake the lead, but Viking keeper Iven Austbø made twin super stops on Tarik
Elyounoussi and West.

Shabaan then had to preserve the draw with a late save on Hannes Sigurdsson.

HAUGESUND HELD BY HØNEFOSS
FK Haugesund continued their wildly consistent inconsistency with a 0-0 home draw against Hønefoss that leveled their season record at six wins, six draws and six losses.

Cameron Weaver returned to the line-up with a solid 90-minute shift, and seemed to have a legit penalty gripe ignored in the 16th minute.

The American striker also had a great deal of influence in the second half. His restart near the hour gave Petter Larsen the finest chance of the day, but Hønefoss keeper Thomas Solvoll was able to tip around his cage.

Vegard Voll saw a straight red for a reckless challenge on Weaver in the 66th minute, then the former Seattle Sounder ace saw his late header turned away by Solvoll.

FKH - Per Morten Kristiansen; Tor Olve Fagnastøl (Bjørn Strøm 24'), Arild Andersen, Carlos Castro, Thor Arne Andreassen, Dag Roar Ørsal, Rodolfo Rodrigues, Petter Larsen, Cameron Weaver, Stian Dagfinn Johnsen

SOGNDAL COLLAPSE AT RAUFOSS
Brian Waltrip and Raufoss saw a two-goal halftime lead evaporate into a 3-2 home win for Raufoss on Sunday night.

The American forward had a quiet 90 minutes as the visitors slipped to seventh in the Adeccoligaen table.

Lennox Kanu opened on the quarter hour by skipping past Raufoss defender Edier Frejd to slot home, and Anders Stadheim made it two three minutes before the break.

However, things would begin to change 12 minutes after the break when Espen Haug buried a Adem Güven set-up.

Dennis Jonsson leveled from a corner kick with 19 minutes left, and early goat Frejd completed the rally near time with a similar strike.

Scoring
SND - Lennox Kanu 2 15'
SND - Anders Stadheim 1 42'
RAU - Espen Haug 3 (Adem Güven) 57'
