The U.S. international returned from a one-game red card ban to work the full 90 minutes with an assist.

Trailing 2-0 from the Abe Lenstra leg, technical director Earnie Stewart's Yellow Army came out firing early. Roger Molhoek whistled a shot past the post before Frisians keeper Rob van Dijk did well to stand up to efforts by Sander van Gessel and Joonas Kolkka.

NAC did break the seal in the 27th minute as Fouad Idabdelhay applied the easy finish to a Joonas Kolkka cutback.

Just when it appeared the hosts might level the tie, Gerald Sibon buried his fifth free kick goal of the campaign three minutes before halftime to re-establish breathing room.

Bradley nearly built the advantage in the second half, only to be foiled by a Jelle ten Rouwelaar breakaway save, but had to be satisfied with teeing Sibon up for his brace maker with 15 minutes left.

Substitute Rogier Veenstra pulled one back for the hosts with five minutes on the clock, but Heerenveen ran out the time to complete a 4-2 aggregate victory.
