Indiana native DaMarcus Beasley scored his second goal in a Rangers jersey as the Glasgow side pulled out a 2-1 victory at Kilmarnock on Saturday.

The win maintained the Light Blues perfect record on the season, while snapping a six-game unbeaten run for Killie.

Beasley had just returned from his appearance with the USMNT in the 1-0 friendly loss against Sweden, and played at his usual left wing position until he was substituted for Nacho Novo in the 90th minute.

He provided the game's first goal in the 53rd minute when a deflection off of striker Daniel Cousin bounced kindly to him, and he capitalized with a strong strike into the roof of the net.

Killie's Danny Invincible, playing in his first match since injuring a knee last January, equalized eight minutes later, but Rangers restored their lead for good in the 77th minute.

French striker Jean-Claude Darcheville, who came on for the injured Cousin at halftime, struck the late winner from Beasley's pass.

Rangers now focus on qualifying for the Champions League group stage when they travel to Serbia to face Red Star Belgrade in a midweek encounter, and then will return home to Ibrox next Saturday for their first meeting of the season with newly promoted Gretna.
