▪ White Shines in Goalless Draw

Charles Kazlauskas and TOP Oss recorded their third draw in four games with a scoreless affair at Haarlem FC on Monday night.

The American went the distance at right back as the visitors failed to make good on having a greater number of scoring chances for the second time in four days.

Haarlem carried the play in the opening frame, but could not find a way past TOP keeper Wilko de Vogt with the few real opportunities they created.

Davy Zafarin ended the first half by going extremely close twice for the visitors. After a driven shot caught side netting, the #7 shirt saw his delicate chip shot land just over the bar.

The Men from Oss dominated possession after the break, but could never conjure a winner, despite an encouraging debut half hour from Erik van der Ven.

Still winless, TOP stand 17th in the Dutch second flight ahead of Friday's visit from Volendam.

TOP - Wilko de Vogt; Charles Kazlauskas, Niek Ripson, Leon van Dalen, Bart van Hintum, Mike Thijssen (Erik van der Ven 57'), Dirk Schoofs, Revy Rosalia, Wouter van den Herik (Dimitri Djollo 83'), Davy Zafarin, Erik Quekel (Rik van de Langenberg 74')
