AGF supporters picked Jeremiah White as Man of the Match after the team's 0-0 Monday night draw with Lyngby.

White was rewarded for recent strong performances off the bench with a starting place at NRGi stadium, which he gratefully accepted in front of more than 10,000 spectators.

The 25-year old produced an excellent first half display, with the highlights being a thundering free kick and a goal line save.

White started on the right wing, and his side dominated the early stages of the game by moving the ball swiftly around the park.

He delivered several good crosses and had his team's best chance with a restart from 30 yards out in the 28th minute. His effort was a low, hard shot that forced a good save from Lyngby goalkeeper Rune Pedersen.

Near the end of the first half, White saved the day for AGF clearing the ball off his line. Keeper Steffen Rasmussen rushed out of goal to grab a cross, but Emil Dyre got there first and lobbed the ball over him, but the American sprinted back to clear the ball with an overhead kick.

It wasn't all positive action for White as he received a yellow card in the 42nd minute for a late tackle.

AGF and Lyngby alike had big chances in the second half, but just couldn't find the net. Mike Tullberg squandered a pair of looks at goal midway through the second half, and top gun Peter Graalund saw a late try turned away by Pedersen.

White began the second half quietly, but after switching to the left wing, got heavily involved again with two good long distance efforts.

The point nudged AGF up to 10th place ahead of Sunday's trip to Viborg.
